If the potential winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days from the draw date, then TW Insurance Brokers will draw another name on a random basis and will attempt to contact the next selected potential winner in the same manner and so on until a winner is contacted.

11. Before being declared a winner, the contestant selected at random must answer correctly, without assistance and within a limited time period, a mathematical skill-testing question. The question will be submitted by phone to the randomly selected person, at a previously determined time. 15. For the purpose of these rules, the contestant is the person whose name appears on the entry form. In the event that more than one person is registered on the winning entry, all such persons will be jointly declared winners of the prize.
